В Российской Федерации на фоне растущей заболеваемости ВИЧ, наблюдается стабильно высокий уровень заболеваемости сифилисом. Проблема сочетанной инфекции сифилиса и ВИЧ в отечественной научной литературе представлена немногочисленными работами и требуется дальнейшее изучение данного вопроса. Цель исследования: изучение особенностей клинических проявлений сифилиса у пациентов с ВИЧ-инфекцией. Материалы и методы: проанализированы и изучены 634 клинических случая пациентов с сифилисом (312 пациентов с сочетанной инфекцией сифилиса и ВИЧ, 322 пациента с моноинфекцией сифилиса), находившихся под наблюдением с января 2006 по декабрь 2012 г. в стационаре Санкт-Петербургского ГБУЗ «Городской кожно-венерологический диспансер» (СПб ГБУЗ «ГорКВД»). Результаты: Среди пациентов с сочетанной инфекцией сифилиса и ВИЧ доминируют ранние манифестные формы - первичный и вторичный сифилис кожи и слизистых оболочек, а также нейросифилис, а в общей структуре заболеваемости сифилисом преобладают скрытые формы. ВИЧ-инфекция влияет на клиническую картину ранних форм сифилиса, способствует раннему и частому вовлечению центральной нервной системы в патологический процесс.

In the Russian Federation, the increasing prevalence of HIV is associated with a perpetually high prevalence of syphilis. The problem of the combined HIV/syphilis infection is addressed in sporadic publications in Russia; therefore, further studies are warranted. Study objective: To examine the clinical manifestations of syphilis in HIV patients. Materials and methods: 634 cases of syphilis, including 312 cases combined with syphilis and 322 cases of HIV monoinfection, were followed-up from Jan. 2006 through Dec. 2012 at the Stationary Hospital of Saint-Petersburg Municipal Dermatovenereologic Dispensary. Results: Among patients with the combine HIV/syphilis infection, the early clinical forms, including primary and secondary syphilis of the skin and mucosa and neurosyphilis, are predominant, whereas cryptic forms dominate among syphilis cases in general. HIV infection influences the clinical forms of early syphilis by promoting an earlier and more prevalent involvement of the central nervous system in the pathological process.
