Показаны результаты генотипического метода определения тропизма и субтипов ВИЧ при секвенировании петли V3 региона gp120 гена оболочки вируса у 98 пациентов. Длительное использование в клинической практике пожизненной комбинированной антиретровирусной терапии приводит к необходимости внедрения препаратов из новых групп, таких как антагонисты CCR5, и тестов по определению тропизма ВИЧ. В настоящее время к наиболее приемлемым в клинической практике относятся генотипические методы определения тропизма ВИЧ, основанные на секвенировании петли V3 gp120, которые являются информативными и доступными. Одним из преимуществ генотипического метода можно считать возможность одновременного определения тропизма и субтипа вируса по региону поверхностного гена ВИЧ. Накопление результатов прогнозирования тропизма вируса при не-В-субтипе ВИЧ позволит с течением времени повысить точность метода для пациентов, инфицированных разными субтипами ВИЧ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The procedures, advantages, and disadvantages of the phenotyping and genotyping methods for determination of HIV-1 tropism are reviewed. The results of a genotyping determination of HIV tropism and subtypes based on sequencing of the V3 region of the gene coding for HIV envelope gp120 glycoprotein from 98 patients are presented. Lifelong use of combined antiretroviral therapy results in the need to introduce novel classes of drugs, such as CCR5 antagonists, and novel test for HIV tropism. At present, the most convenient in the clinical practice are genotyping methods based on gp120 V3-loop sequencing, which are informative and affordable. One of advantages of genotyping is the opportunity to determine HIV tropism and subtype simultaneously.
