В РФ эта проблема только начинает изучаться. В материалах доклада представлен обзор современных публикаций, посвященных изучению маркеров ремоделирования костной ткани у пациентов, инфицированных вирусом иммунодефицита человека, при приеме различных антиретровирусных препаратов. Таким образом, говоря о проблеме остеопороза, в первую очередь следует всегда учитывать, что инфицированные вирусом иммунодефицита человека пациенты — это сама по себе группа риска развития остеопороза. В этой группе, помимо самой вирусной инфекции, дополнительным фактором риска снижения минеральной плотности кости является антиретровирусная терапия. Показано, что многие схемы терапии, особенно на основе тенофовира, влияют на концентрацию маркеров ремодуляции костной ткани и на снижение минеральной плотности костной ткани. В клинической практике необходимо учитывать высокую значимость маркеров P1NP и b-CrossLaps/CTX, которые позволяют оценивать уровень ремодуляции костной ткани под воздействием вируса иммунодефицита человека и антиретровирусной терапии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The HIV and antiretroviral therapy impact on bone mineral density is actively researched all over the world.
