На фоне применения фузеона отмечен более быстрый и выраженный прирост уровня СР4-лимфоцитов, более быстрое снижение вирусной нагрузки ВИЧ по сравнению с контрольной группой. Продемонстрировано отсутствие повышения частоты развития воспалительного синдрома восстановления иммунитета на фоне применения фузеона. Результаты противотуберкулезной терапии у пациентов, получавших фузеон в схеме ВААРТ, оказались более благоприятными, в первую очередь, по показателю снижения летальности. Отдаленные результаты наблюдения за пациентами продемонстрировали снижение частоты обострений туберкулеза в группе больных, получавших фузеон.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In one of two groups of HIV patients having tuberculosis, Enfuvitrid (Fuseon) was included in HAART regimen for 6 months. The use of Fuseon was associated with a more rapid and pronounced increase in CD4 cell counts and decrease in HIV load. The incidence of the was not increased in Fuseon-treated group. The results of TB treatment in patients who received HAART including Fuseon were more favorable, first of all, in that mortality rate decreased.
