В работе исследованы сыворотки крови от ВИЧ-инфицированных людей с не прогрессирующей формой заболевания. Для выявления нейтрализующих ВИЧ-1 антител в клинических образцах сыворотки использовали панель инфекционных изолятов ВИЧ-1, охарактеризованных по генетическим и биологическим характеристикам, выделенных от недавно инфицированных ВИЧ-позитивных пациентов. Изучение вируснейтрализующих свойств в реакции между гомо- и гетерологичными парами сыворотка-изолят ВИЧ-1 выявила более слабое подавление изолятов рекомбинантной формы CRF63_02A1 ВИЧ-1 сывороткой лиц, инфицированных субтипом А ВИЧ-1, тогда как сыворотки от лиц, инфицированных вирусом CRF63_02A1, подавляли большинство изучаемых нами изолятов, включая гомологичные изоляты ВИЧ-1.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In connection with the existing problems in developing a vaccine, which causes time between antibodies against various strains of HIV-1, there is need to develop methods to assess virus neutralization, as well as search for broadly neutralizing antibodies capable of blocking various HIV-1 strains. We investigated the serum of HIV-infected people with non-progressive form of the disease. In our work we used serum subtype A and CRF63_02A1, and the panel of infectious HIV-1 isolates isolated from recently infected patients different genetic and biological characteristics. Reactions were carried out neutralization between homo- and heterologous pairs serum HIV-1 isolate.
