В исследование включены 96 пациентов с ВИЧ-инфекцией и подтвержденной методом ПЦР SARS-CoV-2 инфекцией в возрасте от 26 до 54 лет. Изучены клинические проявления, содержание СD4-лимфоцитов и РНК ВИЧ, наличие вторичных инфекций, морфологические изменения в легких.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У пациентов с ВИЧ-инфекцией с умеренным или выраженным иммунодефицитом легкое течение COVID19 (63,2%) отмечалось чаще, чем у больных без иммунодефицита (14,3%). У 4 из 9 больных с тяжелым иммунодефицитом развилось комбинированное поражение легочной ткани (SARS-CoV-2 + ЦМВ и SARS-CoV-2 + Pneumocystis carinii) с летальным исходом.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. В диагностике и терапии COVID-19 у пациентов с ВИЧ-инфекцией необходимо учитывать выраженность иммунодефицита и вирусную нагрузку. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The purpose statement is to study the course of COVID-19 in patients with HIV infection and morphological changes in the lungs with their combined SARS-CoV-2 and secondary infections.</p><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: The study included 96 patients with HIV infection and SARS-CoV-2 infection confirmed by PCR, aged 26 to 54 years. The clinical manifestations, the content of CD4-lymphocytes and HIV RNA, the presence of secondary infections, and morphological changes in the lungs were studied.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion: In patients with HIV infection with moderate or severe immunodeficiency, a mild course of COVID19 (63.2%) was observed more often than in patients without immunodeficiency (14.3%).
