Однако использование такой терапии приводит к формированию лекарственной устойчивости, которая выражается увеличением вирусной нагрузки. Для назначения или изменения схемы лечения необходимо знать профиль устойчивости ВИЧ у пациента. Тестирование на резистентность ВИЧ значительно облегчает и оптимизирует выбор режимов антиретровирусной терапии. В обзоре кратко описываются современные тест-системы для выявления лекарственной устойчивости ВИЧ, а также предлагается подход, в основе которого лежит технология секвенирования нового поколения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Antiretroviral therapy can increase lifetime and quality of life HIV-positive patient. But the use such a therapy leads to the development of HIV drug resistance, it is expressed increasing viral load. HIV drug resistance profile needs to know for prescription or change therapy regimen. Drug resistance testing significantly improves choice antiretroviral therapy regimen.
