Сообщаются результаты лечения этими препаратами пациентов, ранее не получавших лечение, а также пациентов, потерпевших неудачу при их лечении комбинированной терапией интерферонами и рибавирином. Высокий устойчивый вирусологический ответ достигается у 90-98% пациентов. Особо выделен препарат даклатасвир, который эффективен в сочетании с другими препаратами при лечении всех генотипов вируса гепатита С, а также пациентов с вирусом гепатита С и ВИЧ-коинфекцией.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article describes a high therapeutic efficacy of the approved in July 2015 in Russian Federation of new direct acting antiviral agents - asunaprevir and daclatasvir as well as beclabuvir which currently on the registration stage in Russian Federation. Results of administration of these drugs in the treatment of naïve patients, and patients, who failed in treatment by combined therapy with interferon and ribavirin were reported. The high sustained virological response was observed in 90-98% of patients.
