Baltic Medical Educational Centre was founded in 2009 as an organization, specializing in publication of scientific-practical journals and educational literature for doctors and specialists in various medical fields aimed to upgrade their professional knowledge, experience sharing, providing the opportunity to communicate with colleagues.
