Морфологическая диагностика инфекционных осложнений после трансплантации аллогенных гемопоэтических стволовых клеток

Аннотация
Представлен клинический случай комбинированной герпесвирусной инфекции (цитомегаловирус и вирус герпеса второго типа) у 55-летней пациентки после аллогенной трансплантации гемопоэтических стволовых клеток, манифестировавшей в виде колита. Несмотря на профилактическое применение ацикловира, произошла реактивация вирусов, что указывает на необходимость длительной противовирусной профилактики. Диагностический процесс был осложнен неспецифичностью клинической картины и отрицательными результатами полимеразной цепной реакции и серологических тестов, что потребовало проведения морфологического и иммуногистохимического исследования биоптатов. Клинический случай демонстрирует особенности диагностики и лечения герпесвирусных инфекций у иммунокомпрометированных пациентов после трансплантации костного мозга.
